Home EMF Dangers & Appliances

Electricity is an inseparable part of our life. So, EMFs will continue to be all around us, making certain things easier but making staying healthy more difficult. Many buildings have an imbalanced EM field environment that results in their occupants to feel tired, weak, anxious or depressed.

This is usually caused by EMF radiation from roof antennas, all electrical and electronic devices, all appliances, AIRCO, and other toxic chemicals used in building materials, etc.

If your home has high EMF readings, it is important to determine the sources of the EMF so that remedial action can be taken (if possible). Often a particular room will have a higher EMF reading. Check to see if the electricity is coming into the house on the wall outside that room. If so, use it only for storage purposes.

Electric heaters, blankets and water-bed heaters create magnetic fields that penetrate about 6-7 inches into the body, even when turned off. Is it surprising that an epidemiological study has linked electric blankets with miscarriages and childhood leukemia?

Electric clocks have a very high magnetic field, of about a 3 ft radius. Studies have linked high rates of brain tumors with chronic exposure to magnetic fields. So, all clocks and other electrical devices (such as telephones and answering devices) should be placed more than 4 ft from your bed.

Telephones can emit surprisingly strong EMFs, especially from the handset, that radiate several inches into your brain.

Most US microwave ovens leak and exceed European safety limits. Recent Russian studies have shown that normal microwave cooking converts food protein molecules into carcinogenic substances.

Rearrange your office and home area so that you are not exposed to EMFs from the sides & backs of appliances and computers. It is best when all major appliances, such as computers, TVs, refrigerators etc, be placed against outside walls, so as to avoid EMF fields in adjoining rooms.

Computers and computer monitors vary greatly in the strength of their EMFs. Don’t stand close to your microwave oven. Move all electrical appliances at least 6 feet from your bed. Eliminate wires running under your bed.

Remember that EMFs pass right through walls. The EMF you are being exposed to could be radiating from the next room, or from outside your home.

Molecular Orbital Theory Valence Bond theories do not explain O2‘s magnetic nature, but, experiments do reveal that fact. The order in which O2 will fill its orbits is: sigma2s, sigma2s*, sigma2p, sigma2p* Molecular Orbital Theory (MO) claims that O2 has unpaired electrons, and thus is magnetic, as liquid O2 sticks to a magnet. O2 has,…
